“It is with deep sadness that we have to say goodbye to Andrew Hoare (59), his Dutch wife Estella (51) and their two sons Jasper (14) and Friso (12) who lost their lives on flight MH17. They lived in Luxembourg where the boys were born and attended the European School,” the statement read.
The tribute went on to explain that Andrew was “born and bred in Somerset and was a greatly loved member of a large family. He was a warm, funny and wonderful man whose smile and character lit up a room. Estella was beautiful, intelligent, spoke five languages fluently and had a very infectious laugh. Jasper had a brilliant young mind and Friso was a talented musician and peacemaker.”

As it was announced before on 29/6/2014 terrorists occupied Ukrainian air defence unit near Ukraine border and have anti-air systems, including BUK (SA-11 Gadfly). Rocket was launched from cossacks' ataman Kozytsin positions. According to some experts, Russian aircraft with Russian tourists was expected to be shot down, to back further wide-scale Russian invasion in Ukraine after Crimea and East Ukraine
