W 1920 pełnil m.in. fun- kcję lekarza 145 pp na froncie. Ukończył kurs oficerów w 8 baonie sanitarnym w Toruniu. Należał do kadry zapasowej 6 szp. okr. we Lwowie, brak dalszych danych.
