Florijana Ismaili (born 1 January 1995, disappeared 29 June 2019, confirmed dead 2 July 2019) was a Swiss footballforward, who played for BSC YB Frauen of Switzerland's Nationalliga A. Since debuting in January 2014, in a 2–1 win over Portugal, she was a member of the Switzerland women's national football team.
Ismaili was of Albanian descent from Preševo. Before the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup she told Telegrafi that she would honour the final year of her contract with YB Frauen, then seek a transfer to the German Bundesliga.
On 30 June 2019, Ismaili was declared missing while on holiday at Lake Como in Lombardy. A day earlier, she had dived into the water from a rental diving platform, but never resurfaced. Local authorities conduct an investigation about the fact, including remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROV), the main hypothesis are about certain limited sectors of lake which may show very low temperatures, and water currents. On 2 July 2019, Ismaili was found dead on the bottom of the Como Lake.
