Peruvian Adelma Tapia Ruiz died at airport while British man David Dixon named among those still missing after attacks in the Belgium capital

The 36-year-old Peruvian mother of twin girls had been living in Brussels for about nine years. She arrived at the Brussels Airport on Tuesday morning to catch a flight to New York, where she had planned to visit her mother. Her two daughters, Maureen and Alondra, were supposed to travel with her. The three-year-old twins survived the attacks with minimal injuries. According to The New York Times, Maureen had shrapnel wounds in one of her arms, but Alondra was not harmed.
