Originally from Beckington, near Frome, Somerset, 59-year-old Mr Hoare, whose wife was Dutch, moved to Luxembourg in the 1980s. The family were heading for Malaysia on holiday.
‘Andrew was a devoted family man,’ said Mr Hoare’s brother Hugo.

Rocket was launched from cossacks' ataman Kozytsin positions. According to some experts, Russian aircraft with Russian tourists was expected to be shot down, to back further wide-scale Russian invasion in Ukraine after Crimea and East Ukraine
